1 Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at aletheon.ltd and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Aletheon LLC ("Aletheon," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2 The Site is informational — not advice, and not an engagement

The Site describes our services and provides general information about federal cybersecurity and compliance topics (including DFARS 252.204-7012, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP, ITAR/EAR, and cloud platforms). This information is general and for educational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Regulations and program requirements change and depend on your specific facts; verify any requirement against the primary source and consult qualified counsel or an authorized assessor before acting.

Using the Site, or contacting us through it, does not create any advisory, consulting, contractual, or confidential relationship. Any services we provide are governed solely by a separate written agreement between you and Aletheon, and nothing on the Site is an offer, guarantee of outcome, or commitment to provide services.

3 No regulated information through the Site

The Site and its forms are for general inquiries only. Do not submit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Federal Contract Information (FCI), ITAR/EAR export-controlled technical data, classified information, or other regulated or sensitive material through the Site or by unencrypted email. We will arrange a controlled channel where needed. You are responsible for what you transmit to us through the Site.

4 Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, diagrams, logos, and design — are owned by Aletheon or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission, except brief quotation with attribution.

5 Trademarks and third-party references

AWS, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, GCC High, Google, Google Cloud, FedRAMP, CMMC, and other names and marks are the property of their respective owners. We reference them only to describe interoperability and services (nominative fair use). Their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between those parties and Aletheon, except where we state an active partnership in writing.

6 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping at scale, introducing malicious code, or using it in violation of law or these Terms.

7 Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or currency of compliance information. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aletheon and its owners, officers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Site or its content.

10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Adams County, Colorado.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated "Last updated" date; your continued use of the Site means you accept them.
